Morgan Quashie
Camera Assistant
Morgan Quashie is a London-based camera assistant working across narrative, commercial, and documentary projects. Born and raised in South-East London, Morgan has worked across the UK film industry as a focus puller, clapper loader, and camera trainee, and has experience with all mainstream digital cinema camera systems and formats.
During his time at film school, Morgan worked on a variety of successful short films as both an assistant and a Director of Photography. His debut short MANTARO (2022) went on to play at festivals across the UK, and won the award for Best Student Short at that year’s TweetFest Film Festival. His graduation film OUT LIKE A LAMB (2024) is currently finding success on the festival circuit.
Morgan owns a wireless follow focus and a focus monitor that is additionally available for hire.
